For the period January 1, 2006 through August 21, 2006, the Company sold LPG to PMI.  Beginning on August 22, 2006, the Company transported LPG pursuant to the LPG Transportation Agreement.  The volume transported by the Company for the period August 22, 2006 to August 31, 2006 totaled 1,384,581 gallons.
